It will always be a cheap, long lasting sweetener that manufacturers use instead of regular sugar to keep cost down and make the product last longer on the shelf. Fine for that, but not for my body.

So, plan for the worst so that you are not overwhelmed if something happens, and are grateful if it doesn't. Avoid foods that you know have a lot of calorific value. Do not even think of potato or even bread that is white. These are highly calorific and almost useless when compared to food that is healthy.
